Amer Tour Egypt

These Terms and Conditions apply to all travelers participating in trips organized by Terroir
Adventure Travel. By submitting a deposit or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations and Payments
A reservation is confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
Final payment deadlines will be provided prior to departure. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation policies vary by trip and reflect non-recoverable costs paid in advance to local
partners.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Changes to Itinerary
Amer Tours Egypt reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety
concerns, availability, or local conditions.
We will always make reasonable efforts to provide comparable experiences.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required for certain departures.
Coverage should include trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage
delays.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have:

Physical ability to participate in trip activities
Travelers must comply with local laws and customs.
Liability
Amer Tours Egypt provides guiding services and contracts with independent third
parties, including hotels, and transportation providers.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, illness, political instability, or unforeseen
disruptions. Travelers assume responsibility for these risks.
Photography
Photos or video may be taken during trips for promotional purposes. Travelers may opt out
by notifying us in writing prior to departure.
Force Majeure
Amer Tours Egypt is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond
our control, including natural disasters, airline cancellations, political unrest, or public
health restrictions.
Refunds may not be possible for non-recoverable expenses.
